What are the hours landscapers can work?
We ask that construction work be done during the week, and it is recommended that it not start before 7:30 AM and be completed by 6 PM. We encourage that, if possible, major construction be avoided between the beginning of July to middle August.
Landscaping should not start before 8 AM, and we ask that it be done during the weekdays. We understand that homeowners may not have the opportunity to mow their lawns or use leaf-blowers during the week, so we suggest, as a courtesy to our neighbors, that it be done after 8 AM on Saturdays and if possible not on Sunday giving us a quiet day for all to enjoy.

Can I keep a boat in my yard?
PBA does not have the ability to restrict what members choose to park on their property. The Town of Mashpee has ordinances that apply to RV's and campers, for instance people may not stay in an RV parked on your property. The Town also has setback requirements and requires homeowners get approval for anything that will be residing on their property for more than a brief period of time.
