Parking in Popponesset
Roads here are narrow and we must keep streets open to emergency vehicles, allow traffic to flow safely, and ensure that residents have access to their homes. Beach access is by walking in only and dropping off vehicle passengers at the beach is not allowed at any time. Parking on Popponesset roads is prohibited - violators of parking rules are subject to towing.
Homeowner Parking Stickers
PBA issues parking stickers annually to homeowners/members who are current on their dues, fees and assessments. On-street parking on Shore Drive in Popponesset is prohibited at all times. On-street parking other than on Shore Drive is allowed with the following provisions:
Parking at the Community House is permitted during Community House events and while using the playground or ball field. If a PBA homeowner is planning an event and your property can't accommodate your guest vehicles, the PBA member (not a renter) can request a temporary parking pass for the Community House lot. Requests will be considered based on availability. Any vehicle parked at the Community House that does not have a PBA parking permit displayed on the dashboard may be subject to towing.

- You may park on the street at the edge of your own property
- A current PBA parking sticker must be visible on the driver side window.
- Two tires, at least, must be parked off the street to ensure safe passage of emergency vehicles

Fishermens Landing Parking
Parking at Fishermens Landing is under the jurisdiction of Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife and is supervised by the PBA and our security team. Parking is available for the purpose of salt water shore fishing for no more than six cars. For details see Fishermens Landing.
PBA Towing Policy
If a vehicle is parked on your property please check with neighbors first and request it be removed. The PBA doesn't provide towing for residents. Any homeowner can have a vehicle towed from their property. For towing, contact the towing company and the Mashpee Police Department [508-539-1480].
