Saturday, June 25, 2021 –We had a great turnout for the PBA semi-annual Homeowners Meeting at the Community House this morning.
Reports were presented by PBA committees about budget and dues collections, Community House activities, security, Deans Pond maintenance, roads and drainage, communications and beach accessibility.
We also heard from Mashpee Town Selectman Andrew Gotlieb about local water quality issues and future plans for wastewater management. Bob Hughes, representing Save Popponesset Bay, addressed us about their current progress and future plans to maintain the Spit. Barbara Reilly presented results of the 2021 PBA Survey.
Summary Points for PBA Board Meeting May 1, 2021:
Minutes are available to PBA homeowners upon request to email@example.com.
Some homeowners have notified us that they did not receive their invoices for 2021 PBA dues which were mailed out in March. Prompt payment of your annual dues will help us to move forward with planned projects and keep to the budget. Also, beach flags will be mailed out to those whose dues are paid toward the end of May, so we want to make sure to get your invoice to you ASAP.
If you have already EMAILED us we will have sent you a duplicate invoice. If you didn't get your invoice, and haven't emailed us already, please send both your Popponesset address and your mailing address to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE DON'T SEND VIA FACEBOOK!
Thank you everyone for your cooperation.
