Summary of PBA Board Minutes for February 2021

The PBA Board met several times in February in order to finalize the budget for 2021.

Summary Points for PBA Board Meetings February 2021:

• Much of February’s discussion focused on finalizing the budget allocation for 2021.  PBA Board went through specific Committee’s financial requirements in an effort to settle on final budget numbers.  PBA Board had a virtual meeting on Saturday February 13 to vote on final budget numbers.

 

• Other points of discussion included signage at the bike-rack triangle on Wading Place.  The Board agreed to signage prohibiting any motorized vehicles from parking at the Bike triangle.

 

• The PBA Board also discussed protocols for event requests at PBA Beaches such as weddings.  The PBA Communications Committee will write up the policy for Board review.

 

• The PBA Roads Committee will continue to survey problem drainage areas to determine drainage projects for 2021.
