Free Webinar presented by the PBA
Thursday, Feb. 25, at 7 pm, Joan Talmadge, Co-Owner of WeNeedaVacation.com, and her colleague, Elizabeth Weedon, will give a presentation to our vacation rental homeowners. They will share with us their 23 years of experience guiding homeowners to find ideal renters, with an emphasis on screening techniques,  communication, laying the ground rules, and protecting yourself and  your home.  A Q&A session will follow the presentation. The meeting is open to the community and will be recorded for those who are not available on Thursday evening.
